People are at the core of Reaume Richardson and seeing any team member be promoted within the company is always rewarding. Jeff Hart has been working on our job sites for years and has been a key figure in educating and showing younger construction laborers the ropes. We are excited to have Jeff promoted to Project Foreman.
How did you end up here today?
I was in the carpet industry for over 20 years and decided I wanted a change. At that point I began with Labor Source and started working on Reaume Richardson projects, eventually moving into a foreman role.
What is your favorite project you have worked on to date?
I worked on a beauty supply building in Chinatown to help my friend Tom at Red Car Realty, who was a friend of Bryson Reaume. The building’s ceiling was incredible, a true masterpiece of construction.
Do you have a memorable moment or favorite project you’ve worked on?
Doing my first layout for a new wall with my friend and superintendent Mike. It was the point I started to read and understand blueprints.

What was your favorite childhood song and film/show?
I have well over 100 songs in my head can’t pick just one.
If you weren’t at the office right now, what would you be doing?
Trying to spend time with my son.
