The covers are coming off our core and shell facelift for Granville Marketplace in West LA. This elaborate design by Bundy-Finkel Architects features the addition of an exterior elevator encapsulated in glass, a pedestrian bridge adjoining the complex’s two wings, and not a straight line to be seen.
Adding another layer of difficulty, the retail complex has remained open and 50% tenant occupied throughout construction.
When completed, the building’s flowing design will be accentuated by extensive LED lighting.
