Sitting on the corner of 8th and Spring Street in DTLA, The Lane Mortgage building was originally constructed in 1923. With the arrival of the building’s direct neighbors including Terroni restaurant, Tuck boutique hotel, Verve Coffee, Vans shoes and the soon to be completed DTLA Apple flagship, The Lane building is receiving a complete remodel. Reaume Richardson is working with Omgivning architects and the building owners to deliver new ground floor retail and 10 floors of apartments.
We recently completed 50% of the building new footings in preparation for a significant seismic upgrade.
