Positioned on a four acre office campus, Downstream Jefferson reimagined a traditional concrete tilt up warehouse into a high end creative office. Over 12,000 SF of mezzanine office was added to the property via raising 60% of the structure's roof and strategically positioned saw tooth roof profiles throughout. Further usable square footage was added through exterior balconies and extensive landscaping. The project included completely new systems and utilities upgrades, multiple commissary and communal areas, high end finishes and a cleverly concealed exterior car stacker.
