A creative office in the heart of Culver City’s growing tech district.

The adaptive reuse of an existing 9,700 SF bow truss building was completed concurrently with the construction of a new, 15,000 SF ground up structure to create an office campus designed to be utilized as one footprint or detached for two distinctly unique spaces. The existing bow truss footprint received significant structural reinforcement and was opened up with natural light interior courtyards. The new construction two-over-one podium included two private balconies, a three stop elevator, car stackers and premium finishes throughout.
