Fondly called the Wall Street of the West, this building was home to the Pacific Stock Exchange’s Los Angeles location from the late 1980s until 2001, after it moved from Spring St to S Beaudry Ave in 1986. Reaume Richardson recently started demolition to repurpose this unique building as a single tenant, including an 11th-floor trading room with 40ft ceilings and a penthouse suite.
