Our Story

When initially forming the company in 2003, we saw an opportunity to assist our community in bringing LA’s most iconic buildings back to life, one project at a time.

Since then, our expertise and capabilities have grown exponentially. Our technology is cutting edge, our teams more experienced, and our leadership aligned and committed to the ongoing success of our employees, partners and clients. As our scale has continued to increase, we have steadfastly remained a people-first business at heart and continue to be driven by the vision for a better way to collaborate and build.

Leadership

Evan Richardson, CEO As a co-founder of Reaume Richardson, Evan has been instrumental in the company’s thoughtful expansion over the last 20 years. Evan has proven highly adept at all roles, including estimator, project engineer, superintendent, and project manager, and has been a noteworthy construction leader in the Adaptive Reuse movement centered around downtown Los Angeles. His unique approach to problem solving, forward thinking management style, and ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships have been vital to the company’s continued success.

Luke MacDougall, President As President, Luke is deeply involved in every aspect of our projects, ensuring that all client’s needs are met. Drawing from his extensive experience in hospitality, retail, institutional and adaptive reuse projects, he firmly believes that successful projects are built on strong partnerships with all stakeholders. Committed to training and development initiatives within our company, Luke works closely with all project teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, schedule adherence, and budget management, reflecting his unwavering dedication to excellence.

Bryson Reaume, Founder & Board Member Bryson Reaume is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary leader who has built multiple successful firms in the construction, real estate, and development industries. With over two decades of experience, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to create and scale organizations that deliver exceptional results for clients while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Starting his career in the trades, Bryson honed his craft from the ground up before transitioning into executive management. This hands-on foundation, combine with his service in the military, instilled in him a commitment to hard work, integrity, and the value of strong, lasting relationships.

As the Founder of Reaume Richardson, Bryson has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and values, ensuring that every project reflects the highest standards for employees, partners, and clients alike.
