3030 La Cienega is a classic 1958 brick building at the intersection of Fairfax and La Cienega. Along with a structural retrofit, Reaume Richardson added a second story mezzanine and open air terrace to the original structure. We increased the overall square footage by 6,600 sqft to maximize the effective office space in this desirable location just a short walk to the Santa Monica Metro Line.
