An expansive core and shell project to modernize this historical jewelry district building for future retail and commercial tenants. Key work included a new three-story glass storefront retrofit within the historic shell, a comprehensive seismic and structural upgrade to the cast in place structure, existing elevator refurbishment, completely new MEP systems, and a grand staircase connecting the first floor and basement retail spaces added. Creative office space was maximized by extending the existing 4th floor penthouse and adding a raised deck outdoor terrace.
