Originally the home to Hana-Barbera Productions (credits include The Flintstones and Scooby-Doo), this existing structure was re imagined for a new owner and rapidly growing production company. Noteworthy project details include the addition of a state of the art screening room and purpose built edit bays, in addition to new systems throughout the building, a new roof and a high touch tenant improvement including all FFE.

The Bunker was awarded best interior at the 52nd annual Los Angeles Business Council's Architecture Awards.
