4005 W Jefferson was a disused unreinforced brick building that was structurally retrofit and revitalized to become a vibrant blank canvas for incoming creative company.

The building footprint and sqft remained the same whilst all of the building systems were updated, upscale bathrooms added, and the entrance experience enhanced with new entry canopy and and larger windows.
