Originally the LA headquarters and printing plant for Haven of Rest Ministries in the 1940’s, 2400 Hyperion was more recently the home of producers The Dust Brothers, who’s music production credentials include work with Beck, The Rolling Stones, Tenacious D and Santana amongst others.

Reaume Richardson completed a change of use to the below grade basement, creating 3250 sqft of creative office space that included a podcast recording studio and sound room. The existing 4200 sqft ground level offices received a new exterior envelope and completely new interior. The existing driveway was converted into shared usable space with the addition of stadium seating and landscaping.
