Located a block from the metro line and in a rapidly changing stretch of Jefferson Blvd, this striking building was reimagined for a NYC based production company’s first west coast office.

Iron framed windows were used for the internal office partitions and new exterior, including bifolding doors opening directly onto the sidewalk. After a change of use, the finished tenant space included a newly added kitchen/bar, ADA restrooms, recording and sound engineering rooms and office furniture.
