PACIFIC STOCK EXCHANGE BUILDING
PACIFIC STOCK EXCHANGE BUILDING

The final home of the Los Angeles stock exchange before its permanent closure, our team repurposed the disused building for the Department of Water and Power through 132,000sf tenant improvement. The top three floors were renovated to house high capacity call centers and executive offices demanding state of the art communications infrastructure whilst the remaining nine levels of parking were upgraded and received electric vehicle charging stations.
