The Hollywood Roosevelt: Food & Beverage
The Hollywood Roosevelt: Food & Beverage

Named after President Theodore Roosevelt, the Hollywood Roosevelt first opened its doors in 1927. During our longstanding relationship with its owners, Reaume Richardson has completed myriad projects at the hotel, including completely new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the historical structure, as well as renovations to the properties accommodation, public spaces, food and beverage and multiple event venues.

With all performed work, we focused on ensuring that the building’s historical elements were not compromised and that all construction was done with minimal disruptions to the hotel’s 24/7 patrons.
