At the heart of Downtown LA’s Historic Core on the corner of 7th and Olive, this classic building was constructed in 1916 and was initially the home of Ville De Paris department store. Working to update the building while still preserving its historic character, Reaume Richardson completed an extensive seismic upgrade to the cast in place structure. We installed a completely new street level floor façade and lobby, while on the upper level we created a 12,300 sqft creative office penthouse and terrace. Elevators and staircases were refurbished and extended to the new 7th floor penthouse.
